Pink nachos is it company born from, friendship, a zest for life and a passion for authentic Mexican food. A love that was cemented when living and travelling in North and South America and a quest to try and faithfully recreate the flavours and ambience of those happy times.
Whether you are a vegan, vegetarian or prefer a pulled pork or beef brisket chili the pink nachos experience will take you on a sumptuous journey of flavour. Through the, salty snap of our hand made finest corn nachos covered in silky smooth cheese sauce. Then onto the traditional spices and beans that make our chilli the finest. All topped off with grilled cheese, golden and sizzling, cool smooth sour cream, fruity guacamole. A smattering of crisp and sweet pomegranate seeds, fresh coriander and of course for perfection, zingy lime.
Only the best and freshest ingredients are good enough for our friends and family and so we bring the same high standards to you! We source as much of our food locally as we can, like our prime pork and beef from a small, independent butcher. So that our chilli is of the highest standards it is freshly prepared on site, as it would be in our own kitchen’s. A glass of tequila or cool amber Mexican beer complete your experience but if you prefer we can offer you the bar of your choice.
